Key To Understanding ...

Your past lives may hold the key to understanding why you sabotage your best efforts, holding back success, love and a fulfilling life experience.

You have not only lived numerous past lives, but what you may not know is that you hold the memory of your experience in your unconscious mind. This is why you are not aware of your past. It's in your unconscious causing you pain, struggle and dissatisfaction in your current life.

This can be affecting how you allow yourself to succeed , or not to succeed, sabotaging profitable or exciting ventures. You may have reached a certain level of success, when suddenly things begin to plateau, or worse, totally collapsing around you, and you don't understand why.

Do you sabotage your relationships? There may be a submerged memory with an attached emotion, that somehow forces you to do or say something to cause friction. "Why do I always do that?" you may ask on a regular basis around the same issue. Not necessarily with the same people, but the same story. Sound familiar?

You are most likely being influenced by a past life memory.

Unconscious Memory and Beliefs

Why is your past life affecting you today?

Well, it's actually not the past life itself that is the problem. You are influenced by the memory that you associated with the past experience.

This is how the mind creates beliefs.

Something with a lot of emotion involved leaves a mark on your unconscious mind.

You may think you have forgotten a past trauma, even in this life.

Then someone does or says something that pushes your buttons.

Before you know it you've reacted in a way that you simply can't explain.

These are simply beliefs, patterns that have been created by an emotional imprint.

The good news is, these memories can be healed and released through a past life regression.

Let Go

Just by recalling a past life experience and acknowledging it can be enough for some people to heal and let go. Others need to do some exercises to move past the limiting patterns.

Contact a past life therapist to take you safely through a regression. Make sure you find someone you resonate with. You will need to be able to feel relaxed and comfortable for the session, or you could block any recall. An alternative is to play a recording of a guided session and take yourself through the journey in your own time and space.

If you feel you need proof or evidence that past lives exist, your experience may be limited. If you feel unsure, perhaps a little anxious about what you will find, talk to a regressionist. Ask for some examples of other's experience. Go into this with an open mind and you may just be suprised at what you find.
